My 30% member discount isn't applied when I try to buy a game

Make sure that you're logged in with your FunPass login name/email address and password when buying a game. Click on "Log in" in the upper right corner and fill in your FunPass details.

 

Also verify if your subscription is still active. You can do so by going to "My Account" or your personal FunPass page.
