My free FunPass days from ordering during promotion have not been added

When ordering a subscription through a 'Order a 1-month FunPass and get 1 month free' FunPass promotion, your free month is added immediately after having completed your order. You can check the end date in 'My account', which will be 2 months after the order date. If that's not the case, please contact Customer Support and they'll get it sorted for you, usually within 1 working day!

Please note that trials do not apply when you order a subscription during a promotion. Your free month commences automatically after the first paid month.
