You haven't added my free FunPass days as reward for not cancelling my FunPass

The free FunPass days will be added after your FunPass has been extended. This can take up to two weeks after your FunPass has been extended, since we need to wait until we receive a payment confirmation from the bank or credit card company. It might take a little while longer, before you can see the correct renewal date under 'My Account' on our website.
