I keep receiving an error message that my user name/password cannot be found

Please ensure that you are using the correct details. Try reentering them manually again, should they be filled in automatically.


Should this not help, please remove your Cookies/Temporary Internet Files from your computer:

    • If you use Internet Explorer you can do this in 'Tools - Delete Browsing History'.
    • If you use Mozilla Firefox click on 'Tools', then 'Options'. Select 'Privacy' and in the 'Cookies' panel, click on 'Show Cookies'. Click on the 'Remove All Cookies' button.
    • If you use Google Chrome click on the menu icon at the top right hand corner (the three horizontal bars). Click then on 'History and recent tabs'. In the following screen click on the button 'Clear browsing data'. In the following window mark the first 4 boxes (Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site and plugin data and Cached images and files). Set the time frame above it to at least the last 4 weeks. Now click 'Clear browsing data'.
  1. Afterwards, please close your internet browser.
  2. Start the game again using the shortcut on your desktop.
  3. Click on: I HAVE FUNPASS
  4. Now enter your player details again manually.
