The game doesn't work with Windows 10

• Windows 10 - The game is constantly flickering
• Windows 10 - The games will not open in full screen mode anymore
• Windows 10 - The games will not open on my computer
• Windows 10 - My game isn't working at all

My log in details are not accepted

• I want to activate a game and I get an error message that my user name and/or password are wrong

The game starts but crashes or freezes

• I get a blank screen and/or my game suddenly stops working
